A Sistema-Inspired Novel!
11-04-2026
This is the first time the Ensemble team has encountered a novel written about a Sistema-inspired program. Author Christoph Ransmayr has written a micro-novel titled Große Musik (“Great Music”) about Berlin’s HANGARMUSIK program—one of many micro-novels in his latest book Egal wohin, Baby. At a recent celebratory event, Ransmayr and HANGARMUSIK collaborated on an evening of live reading and live music.
