El Sistema USA’s Youth Leadership Initiative brings together young musicians and program leaders in the US to develop and spread leadership and life skills. The year-long experience includes professional development, peer learning, ongoing coaching, and an in-person residency at Kinhaven Music School in Vermont. The application deadline is November 20, 2026; apply through ESUSA’s website.
