Science Shows Humans Are Innately Musical

Score one for arts advocates: recent research from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology shows that music is indeed instinctive to humans. Using an artificial neural network, researchers determined that the brain circuits used to process music form naturally in humans, without any musical training required.
