Students Take Over Big Noise Raploch

Big Noise Raploch recently embarked on a big experiment…by handing over their jobs to students as part of their “Big Takeover.” Students ages 12–17 participated in an application process and were placed in managerial, operational, and communications roles, leading programs that serve over 50 children. These young musicians are now ahead of the game on job applications—or even running their own organizations one day!
