Celebrate the Magic of Mali
06-15-2022
Google Arts and Culture, a free educational platform partnering with cultural institutions around the world, has published Mali Magic, a digital exhibition of Mali’s rich cultural and musical heritage and the efforts to preserve it. With an abundance of audio-visual material, music educators can dive deep into musical experiences with their students, exploring the origins of blues music, traditional instrument preservation, and local initiatives that promote peace through music. Google Arts and Culture hosts a number of other music-focused collections online that you can explore on their platform.
