El Sistema USA 2021 National Symposium & Seminario, February 15–19
El Sistema USA invites the field to participate in its virtual Symposium and Seminario, February 15–19 from 12:00–3:00 p.m. EST. This year’s theme is “Connect, Adapt, Thrive!” and will connect programs from all over the world, not just the United States. The Symposium will focus on three main areas: Racial Diversity and Cultural Understanding, Musical Excellence during the pandemic, and Team and Family Support pre- and post-pandemic. The Seminario will feature the 2021 World Ensemble Ambassadors participating in various activities, including a panel discussion on mentorship and a performance of “What We Will Be” by Danielle Williams, done in in collaboration with other ESUSA organizations. There’s still time to register for the Symposium and Seminario! Conference tickets are available on their Eventbrite page.
