Open Call for Europe-Based Creatives: PartArt4OW
03-04-2026
PartArt4OW has launched its third call for cross-disciplinary projects that help build a sustainable “blue economy” across Europe. Individual artists, researchers, and civic organizations are invited to design participatory art initiatives where citizens play an active role in addressing ocean and inland water challenges in their communities. Projects involving under-represented groups and communities with limited access to cultural or scientific spaces are especially encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will be granted up to EUR 50,000, as well as training and mentorship to deliver a six-month project. Applications are due March 10 and can be submitted through their online portal.
