ELM Wins Award to Expand Latin Repertoire

We don’t often report on grant recipients, but a big award to California’s Enriching Lives through Music (ELM) has some newsworthy features. The $250,000 grant resulted from local citizens voting to award public money to the program, where funds will support an expansion of their Latin music repertoire, student mentorship programs, and creative composing initiatives.
