Digital Promise Publishes Inclusive Innovation Report

In December 2020, Digital Promise (an organization supporting innovation in education) convened more than 900 teachers, district leaders, charter leaders, researchers, and Black, Brown, and Indigenous organization leaders to reimagine the recruitment and retention of teachers of color. Inclusive Innovation: Increasing Recruitment and Retention of Teachers of Color is a report summarizing observations and learnings from their Teacher of Color Design Studios and the culminating showcase.
