Vánimo Children’s Orchestra Performs for Pope Francis

While there are countless stories to share about the inspiring power of the El Sistema movement, one in particular stands out to us this month. In addition to their distinction as the only orchestra in Papua New Guinea, the Vánimo Children’s Orchestra, led by founder/director Maestro Jesus Briceño, had the honor of performing for Pope Francis during his recent visit to the country in September.
