B-Me Project Creates Free Scores for Orchestras

Last year, we covered the creative process behind the B-Me project, a collaboration between Sistema Cyprus, El Sistema Greece, and the Associação das Orquestras Sinfónicas Juveniles Sistema Portugal that pairs local composers with musicians who have refugee or migrant experience to create compositions that bridge their cultural identities. Since then, the project has produced a lovely collection of free orchestral scores that educators can borrow or explore. For those looking to break out of the standard repertoire, this collection is a breath of fresh air.
