Sparkplug Foundation Grant for Musicians

Do you have a community-focused project idea that needs a funding boost to take off? The Sparkplug Foundation is currently accepting grant applications through October 31 for grassroots and innovative projects related to education, community organizing, and music. They are inviting applications from musicians who wish to develop new work, share existing work with a wider community, collaborate with other musicians, or facilitate new workshops that bring music to oppressed communities. A sample of your music must be included with your application. The foundation strongly encourages applications from Black, Indigenous, and people of color, people with disabilities, women, and people in LGBTQIA+ communities. There is also limited support available for projects involving Palestinian communities in both Palestine and Israel. For more details on application requirements and to apply, visit their website.
