Online Platform Supports Youth Mental Health with Music
02-16-2022
The Glenn Gould Foundation in Canada wants to help teenagers use music to find their way through these mentally challenging times. To do so, they have created Instrumental, a free online platform designed to help young people process and engage their feelings through music. It includes listening and developmental exercises, testimonials, playlists, and more—if your young people are struggling, consider sending them to youareinstrumental.com.
