The Ensemble seeks to connect and inform all people who are committed to ensemble music education for youth empowerment and social change.

Register for Two Hybrid Events This Fall

Arts educators will be interested in two events happening this fall.

The Arts Education Partnership (AEP) organization has opened registration for their free virtual gathering, happening September 14–15. Through interactive sessions, attendees will discuss ways to increase access to quality arts education for young people. The conference also seeks to give participants a way to build their network with “arts education policymakers, partners and leaders from across the country.” Register now to join these conversations.

You can also join fellow educators, experts, and funders for the Grantmakers for Education’s annual conference. This year’s theme is “A Vision for the Future of Learning and Justice,” focusing on ways to create equitable futures for young people. The conference will be held from October 12–22 and will be a combination of in-person and virtual events. In-person participation will take place in both Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA, and registration closes on September 27. Virtual registration closes on October 12. The keynote speakers include Kerry Washington and Dena Simmons; learn more about the event on their website.
