Lullaby Project Concert Celebrates 12 Years of Collaboration

07-10-2024

Twelve years ago, Carnegie Hall started the Lullaby Project, inviting new parents to create original lullabies for their children in an effort to promote wellness and social inclusion. Since 2018, the project has partnered with El Sistema Greece and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation to reach mothers in refugee communities. To date, the project has created songs in over 40 languages, some of which you can hear in their latest concert, which took place on June 1. Learn more about the history of the Lullaby Project in an Ensemble article by Tiffany Ortiz, Director of Early Childhood Programs at Carnegie Hall.
