El Sistema USA is offering five scholarship spots to member organization employees to attend the Eastman Leadership Bootcamp on June 24–28. The week-long, online bootcamp will cover skills in finance, fundraising, and legal know-how, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion, with access to ongoing mentorship throughout the summer. Early-bird scholarship applications are due March 1, and the final deadline is May 15. Not an ESUSA member? Partial and full scholarships are available to all applicants based on merit and financial need.

Speaking of ESUSA, their latest annual report just came out—including a preview of their standardized student survey tool on social emotional indicators, to be published this fall.
