National Instrumentalist Mentoring and Advancement Network

The National Instrumentalist Mentoring and Advancement Network (NIMAN) seeks to provide mentorship to promising young musicians of color in their formative pre-college years. Launched in 2018, NIMAN is now expanding its efforts, welcoming more organizations to join as members and seeking out individuals who are interested in becoming founding board members or joining their task force committee.
