Training for Musicians to Support Refugees and Migrants

03-05-2025

Leeds Beckett University and Musicians Without Borders are collaborating to run a five-day training (June 9–13) for musicians interested in using their skills to support individuals affected by war and armed conflict. The training will equip musicians with group-facilitation skills, emphasizing hands-on activities, workshop design, and facilitator wellbeing. The course comes with a £500 fee, though five free spots are being held for applicants who are directly affected by conflict or have experienced forced migration. The course is hosted in Leeds, England, and open to participants from around the world; register here via this Google form.
