Free stuff! Check out these self-paced online courses available to teaching artists worldwide:

You’ve heard from us before about Carnegie Hall’s “The Connected Musician.” The interactive video series now has a brand-new section on designing and leading interactive performances. The video series, led by Ensemble Connect alumni, thoughtfully walks musicians through repertoire selection, event-scripting, and the design of listening activities for specific audiences.

Teaching artists and arts organizations interested in developing artmaking programs for older adults can benefit from Lifetime Arts’ course “Creative Aging Foundations.” You can pick and choose between nearly 80 videos that detail creative aging program models, including interviews and case discussions. Considerations for sustainability and remote program delivery are also included. Register on their website to access the course.
