NEA Grants for Arts Projects Launches New Cycle

01-18-2023

The National Endowment for the Arts, the biggest funder of arts programs in the U.S., has launched a new cycle of its Grants for Arts Projects. Organizations of any size and constituency providing arts performance, education, or public engagement programs can apply for grants ranging from $10,000–$100,000. Programs that give attention to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility are especially encouraged to apply. The deadline is 11:59 ET, February 9, but there are several stages to the application process. Get a head start on the application over at the NEA site and check out their discipline-specific guidance for music projects. (A fundraising note: organizations must be able to match the amount of an NEA grant with non-federal funding to support their project activities.)
