Lewis Prize Announces 2023 Awardees

The Lewis Prize for Music has just announced their 2023 awardees, allocating more than $2 million to Creative Youth Development organizations across the U.S. and its territories. Out of 249 applications, 10 organizations working in the areas of youth and artistic development were awarded funds across three categories. This year’s Accelerator Awards, which include grants of $500,000, went to HHN2L: Hip Hop Into Learning (Louisville, KY), Mana Maoli (Honolulu, HI), and Memphis Music Initiative (Memphis, TN).
