D’Addario Grants Available for Nonprofit Music Education Programs

07-20-2022

The D’Addario Foundation provides support to nonprofit music education programs in the U.S. and internationally, focusing on trusted community organizations that are executing immersive, enduring music education and youth development programs. Support is provided to nonprofit organizations that offer free or affordable instrument instruction, address a need in the community served, and provide frequent instruction where students are participating multiple times per week for as many years as possible throughout their primary and secondary education. The average grant is $2,500. The Foundation prefers not to provide funding for the purpose of purchasing equipment or instruments, though in-kind donations in the form of product accessories may be provided. Letters of inquiry are accepted on a rolling basis. The next deadline for invited applications is October 15, 2022; visit the Foundation’s website to begin the application process.
