Partners in Music Learning Offering Capacity-Building Grants

06-15-2022

Music organizations everywhere are working to provide critical services to young people in these turbulent times. For U.S. organizations that are dedicated to that goal but lack the capacity to keep serving young people, Partners in Music Learning can help. An initiative of the Youth Orchestra Los Angeles (YOLA) and the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Partners is offering capacity-building grants to music and youth development programs in select U.S. regions. Programs working with students in underserved communities for a minimum of three years are eligible to apply for one-year grants up to $15,000, with the possibility of renewal in the following year. Grantees will also join a national cohort of music educators and mentors, with online and in-person opportunities for expertise-sharing and collaboration. Full application requirements can be found on the L.A. Phil’s website; applications can be submitted via Acceptd through June 30.
