Apply for El Sistema Sweden’s Side by Side Summer Camp

Applications are still open for Side by Side, El Sistema Sweden’s gigantic international orchestra and choir camp for young musicians. Happening in partnership with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, and celebrating the city of Gothenburg’s 400th anniversary, the camp will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden, June 18–22, 2022. The event is a summer hub for thousands of young international musicians to meet and perform together—even when forced to go digital, as they have been for the past two years.

The first application period closed on December 14, but it’s not too late to apply—the next round of applications are due by February 4. If your students are interested, early applicants have the best chances of being accepted, so visit the application page now to view the requirements.
